Sports & Leisure Club
SPK has started a Sports and Leisure Club (Klub Sportowo-Recreacyjny) for all ages of all Polonia.Our first SPORTS & LEISURE CLUB event was held on Wednesday, August 22 at the Manitoba Paddling Associate Club with Jarek Seremak. Mr. Seremak, an accomplished Polish athlete, gave us a quick lesson on kayaking and then we all had a great time trying it out on the Assiniboine River. We were wet by the end but the weather and sights were beautiful! A great big thank you to Pawel Pecold who organized the event and to Mr. Seremak for donating his time to Polish youth and young adults! Hope to see you at our upcoming event in November!
Our next event will be family glow bowling at Billy Mosienko Bowling Lanes on NOVEMBER 22 from 4:00-6:30. The costs are minimal but the fun is endless!! We are hoping to fill up a whole floor so make your reservation quickly. This is a great event for all ages and everyone in your family is more than welcome to join us!
